65 mètres de profondeur, à 20m, une immense nappe phréatique inondant temporairement tout le terrain ainsi que la rue… Bonne nouvelle, l’eau est plus efficace que le roc ou la terre pour la pompe :-)

65 meters of deep, at 20m a gigantic Groundwater that over flooded our piece of land and the street. Good news, the river is much more efficient than dirt and roc for the pump.

Tot op 65 meter diepte ; door een rotslaag waar onder op 20 meter diepte een ondergrondse rivier stroomde, duizenden liters water kwamen mee naar boven die via onze grond op de straat vloeide , goed nieuws voor ons want water is de beste geleider voor warmte :-)

L'accès au terrain est fait, ils vont pouvoir venir forer deux ou trois trous de 60 à 80 mètres de profondeur pour le chauffage géothermique.

The access to our piece of land is done. They now can come to make two to three holes of 60 to 80 meters for the geothermic heater.

Notre avis d'urbanisme

Nous venons d'apprendre que le gros œuvre commencera trois semaines en retard...
Cela nous a pas empêché d'installer notre avis d'urbanisme :-)

We were just informed that the constructions will start with 3 week of delay...
Nevertheless we stick our permit on our piece of land.

Notre rue! C'est Tom qui a trouvé le terrain à vendre au mois d'août 2005. Notre terrain est à droite, plus ou moins à partir du poteau électrique.
